I joined spinit casino November 23rd 2022. On the 24th I withdrawn £2400. It stayed pending for 2 days and then they emailed asking me for passport, utility bill, bank cards used, bank statement, selfie with passport and a hand written letter, Apple ID, bank app details and more utility bills. Messages have been sent back and forth for over a week requesting more and more documents until there’s nothing left to request. They finally asked for a most recent bank statement which wasn’t issued for 4 days (today) they said as soon as they received this they would process the funds. I sent it today. I was told on chat to be patient and still not verified. They are ignoring all my emails, blocked me from logging in and there’s no contact number. I have every email, every chat conversation and all the withdraws they owe me. If refusing to pay the winnings then I want every deposit refunded back to the cards deposited from. I’m furious at the fact I’ve spent a full week sending document after document. I read all the reviews on trust pilot and seems I’m not alone. It’s fraud. There’s no reason not to pay and you’ve stated every document has been fine. No issues so how can’t my account be verified and winnings be paid out. I’ll attach screenshots. I want my £2400. You then emailed me telling me you are closing the site down from December 6th and all winnings have to be withdrawn. Mine are withdrawn but you won’t process them.

Since writing this spinit have emailed me and said the documents are now accepted and verified yet all my withdraws for £2400 are still pending. I am so stressed and upset with all of this. All I want is the money I’m owed instead of sending document after document on repeat. Hope you guys can help me get my money. I’ve attached more proof and screenshots of some of conversations via chat and more documents I’ve sent,

Still no processed withdraws. I had the email to state the documents were accepted and account fully verified. To my knowledge the funds should have been processed upon reviewing this email. Not the case. They said for almost 2 weeks couldn’t process funds as the account wasn’t verified and kept requesting documents. But it’s now fully verified and no reason not to release the funds. Top priority they told me.. don’t reply to any emails and can’t access the chat.

I mean I don’t understand the logic in this? An email to say “fantastic news” we have accepted documents and now verified your account.
Then a email this morning to say the withdrawals are still being reviewed.
What’s to review? The account is verified so why can’t you process the £2400??

Yet another email to tell me they are reviewing the withdrawals. The same email I’ve been getting for the last 5 days. The account is fully verified and all documents approved as of 2-3 days ago. So why are you still holding my funds? I want the £2400 processed!! It’s gone on long enough and after this I never want to play on another casino again. Get the same emails on repeat. The live chat is off and can’t access account, no contact number to ring!!

I have been hearing this for 2 weeks! Non stop. You even rang me 4 days ago to confirm a few personal details and what slots I played on the site.
Hand of Midas, big bass Christmas, Wild West gold; clover gold .. are some of them. I confirmed everything, my account is fully verified and all documents approved so there’s absolutely no reason to not process the funds. I’ve read all the reviews on here and seems hundreds of people have the same problem.. fighting to get money that we won. I want the £2400 processed! I’ll take this to court because I’ve had enough.

You said was under review 1 week ago. I mean what’s to investigate? I’m very unsure on what it is you are investigating as I’ve been left in the dark. A few emails here and there telling me to be patient. It’s in black and white you verified the account and approved the documents so I fail to see what the issue is? Always looking for a reason not to pay out.

Wow.. you’ve now emailed me saying missing documents AFTER you approved all documents and verified the account.
You’ve asked for a picture of front and back of bank card 8497 that I already emailed over on 26th of November which I’ve shown via email! I’ve resent but this was already sent and approved the emails and live chat state card ending in 8497 was approved.
Literally finding anything not to pay out, and requesting more documents after you approved and verified.

Here is the card 8497 also a statement showing all spinit genesis transactions. I sent the front & back of card via email November 26th. And it’s taken you 2 weeks to request them again after you approved and verified them already?
I’m getting so annoyed & upset with this.
