My documents have been pending review for over 72 hours now - I have pending withdrawals for £1800 dating back to 11th May and I have not received any further correspondence from the casino.

The chat functionality is not working and the phone number just goes straight to answerphone. I received a very apologetic email on Monday 17 stating that this would be escalated to the relevant team but nothing further
