It has been 5 days since I requested my withdrawals. Tried speaking to live chat but didn’t work.
Also I fully verified the account before I started playing on the site.
I should have read some of these reviews before playing there.
I hope askgamblers can help me and resolve this issue.
They are part of the Genesis group but I’ve played at their other casinos and have had no problems with withdrawing before
