I played a couple of times in this casino. However, I used to deposit with my credit card and receive the payout on the credit card. The last time I deposited with Bitcoin but I couldn't choose a method for the withdrawal and the withdrawal was made automatically on the credit card. Withdrawal was pending all the time and casino didn't pay it. There was no response to my emails. Later I had to close my credit card account and so I also cancelled my withdrawal. Now I have the money in the account but I cannot withdraw it. As I said, I cannot choose a payment method for the withdrawal and the casino is still not responding. I attached a couple of screenshots where you can see that I contacted the casino many times but there was no answer. I also attached the screenshot from my casino account where toy can see that the withdrawal can be only withdrawn to credit card and it can not be changed. Since casino does not reply to my emails there is no way for me to get my money. I hope you have enough information now and can help me.

I finally managed to contact the casino today. They replied that my email accidentally got into blacklist and they weren't receiving my messages. After I provided them my bitcoin address they paid my withdrawal straight away. So this case is solved now and you can close my dispute. Thank you anyway.
