I have made a withdrawal on the 22nd of may which I have still not received funds I have not been asked for any further identification and I have also tried to call them and email with no response to any of these methods.

please let me know how I can attach screenshots of communications and transactions.

I have emailed them again today and still no reply and also called the phone number they have not asked me for any further idendification or paperwork but I cannot get them on email or by phone.
