I have waiting since 10 days for an Amount of 22k€ from Spela 8 November they accepted my Verfication and told me that the Cashout will take up too 5 days and iam writing the Support everyday and they tell me that the Department is going too check my whitdraw and come back too me its always the Same answer without any progress they dont even give me a good reason why they let me wait that long i checked the Terms & Conditions and even asked the Live support there is no such thing as 10 days of waiting time i did not wanted too write down an Complainment here but it seems like many people have the Same issue from the Genesis Group thats why i need help

Hello i got my first 4000€ cashout but as you said in your terms its 5500€ per week so i asked the live support for it and i got no real answer for it it would be nice too get 5500€ weekly!

No there is sadly no real answer they only pay me 4000€ and 2000€ of it monday and the rest whenever they want i really dont know what is going on that site i just laugh my ass off really

Dear Askgamblers & Spela Casino.
First of all i changed my whitedraws too 2300€, 2300€ + 900€. So you can cash me out the Weekly 5.500€.
Second i had an interesting call all of a sudden from the VIP support after 3 weeks.
She asked me about responsible gaming question if iam aware of my playing situation. I answered her the questions and she sended me an Email with the same questions again which i answered the same as we talked on the Phone and suddenly on this email there a writing that my account is closed. Then i went too the Live chat too ask her about that situation and suddenly she told me that she recorded the phonecall without my permission she didnt even asked me if she can record it or not and that schocked because in the EU to record a Phone call you need either permisson as the law §201 abs. 1 penal code says it is illegal and can be prosecuted which allows too send it too a Lawyer. I talked with her about this on the Chat ( its attached) and how can i know that my Phone Call will be deleted ? So i gave the Casino a chance too whitedraw all my winning at one Cashout of 14.000€ (whats left) so i dont take it any further.
