I made a withdrawal request two weeks ago now and it is currently still pending. I have tried to contact spela through live chat, email and phone. I have had no response at all. They are unobtainable and I am stuck. I have no active bonus on my account and have verified my account. The phone number is on a constant message saying sorry we can't get to the phone. Live chat is not live with real people. Only can talk to automated bot. Email is also unsuccessful.

Understanding your frustration, please let us point out that as a regulated casino we are obliged to carry out all the necessary checks on our players, and unfortunately these checks can sometimes take a bit longer than anticipated, especially in times of high level of player contacts.
We have been in contact with our payments team and can confirm that your withdrawal was paid out on the 8/06/2021. Credit card withdrawals take from 1-3 working days to be processed by your bank, so by now you should have received the funds.
