The amount I'm trying to withdraw is 2219 from their site. I made the original request on the 19th of September 2020. I had to send over two lots of documents. Which I did. So by Oct. 3rd they had made their little case with my documents and told me they'd get back to me. The last email I received was on the 8th of October telling me my account was under a routine security check there was no reason given and no eail saying they'd accomplished this check. Since then I've been constantly on livechat with genesis and I've gotten nowhere fast.

I also have an account with Spinit - withdrawal worth 708 is still being held. essentially the same thing - same timeline. They've held my accounts closed for no reason given.
