Hi I currently have an issue with spela casino and I hope you can help me resolve the problem

I've been waiting since 27 October 2020 for the account verification and 2 withdrawal of £ 1000.65 and £ 500

All the required document for the document verification have been sent in time and I've waiting way more than the 72 hours that the company says it would take to review the documents .

I've been on live chat innumerable times and all they says is that once documents are reviewed I will receive an email .

I believe I've waited far to long and I would like an update from spela casino
