Having attempted to withdraw £1505 on 30/11/2020 I was requested for verification documents which I supplied via the Spela website. I received an email the following day asking for more details, which I then supplied. I had made a withdrawal previously from Spela and been asked for no documents at that time, I made the deposit via bank transfer and requested the same withdrawal method.
