2 weeks on and still no sign of my money
I signed up the Spela on the 25th February and won £7200 with my cash deposit. I didn't play any bonus funds so forfeited those and withdrew.
My money didn't show up within a week or so went login to check but they'd blocked my account. I went to email them to chase it and spotted a KYC request in my email spam so I did the photos and sent those off on the 4th March. They asked for various 3 selfies with notes which was strange but I sent them all.
I heard nothing from them so chased up on live chat after a week- they told me my documents were yet to be looked at!
I sent an email complaining on the 11th March and nobody replied.
I chased them 2 days later on the 13th March on live chat and I was told my payment was in the 'final stages'.
Nothing arrived so I chased live chat again on Monday 16th March. I was told it was 'with the relevant department'.
I have really lost all patience- 2 weeks wait for payment is too long in my eyes, especially when live chat offer little to no help. I simply cannot seem to get any sense from this casino and just think it's pointless wasting time speaking with someone who can't offer any update. It fills me with hope all complaints listed are resolved on Ask Gamblers so I thought I'd try here.
