Hello, I have some trouble with Slottica.

I've made a withdrawal 13.04 for 700€ and one 04.05 for 500€.

To this day I didn't receive it.

I was contacting live chat and wrote several e-mails to them but every time I got the same response: "We've contacted our payments provider and got no response" or they having some issues with my payment.

I don't know what it means and they won't tell me what provider it is.

Also, I'm asked to wait but they don't know how long and I'm tired of this.

Both withdrawals were accepted.

Please help me get this money because it sounds like a scam.

Hello slottica. I have received back my withdrawal 500€ from 04.05 and im trying to make a new one with the same method. Why didn't I received the older one from 13.04 700€ ? He's stuck as well.

If we are talking about the same situation - please put the request again.
Sometimes a payment gets stuck between the sender and recipient. And choose please a payment method that is currently unavailable in your account.

Yes I have made a new request but i had two request for a withdraw. One from 13.04 and one from 04.05. it's not the same money so in total i had 2 requests stuck for a total of 1200€. You gave me back only this from 04.05 500€ and the other one (700€) is still pending.

If the payment doesn't come to you and we sent it, please add an alternative wallet.
It happens that the payment doesn't go through to a specific wallet or gets stuck in the process of processing by the provider.

In this case, it is better to try adding a new payment method, it will be much faster
