It is a shame I have to write this complaint but I have been waiting since 10th October for my Nok 9000 winnings.

I go into live chat almost every day now to hear if there is any progress but there is never any news and I get the same answer which is that they are still investigating.

I have even asked them to just set the money back into my casino account but they won't do that either.

I have sent all documents they have asked including my bank statement to prove that I have not received my winnings.

My senior VIP manager is never there when I go into chat.

I hope that this can get sorted quickly as a month is a long time and is not what they advertise for withdrawal time.

Dear Slotnite,

Thankyou for your reply but as you can appreciate I have heard that payments team is looking into this for a long time now. we are talking about weeks. I do not understand why it shall take so long time to fix this even though I have been told it is high priority.

I have been very patient but your casino has not kept me informed on my case at all and this is not good customer service. I feel I am not being shown any respect as a customer.

I must ask how much longer do you expect me to wait before I recieve my winnings? I have even said you can put it back into my slotnite account but this has not happened either.

We appreciate your frustration at the situation and not that it is duly acknowledged and warranted.

For your reference, please note that although we attempted to pay withdrawal, there was an issue with the processing of the funds on the payment processors side, which resulted in unforeseen delays. We regret this issue was beyond our control.

We can further confirm that our Payments Team have been in constant contact with the payment provider in an attempt to find a viable resolve, but these attempts have proven futile so far.

We understand the urgency and our Payments Team are working hard to find an alternate solution, as described in the communication sent to you.

Again, we apologise sincerely for the delay here, and thank you for your patience and understanding while we attempt to resolve the matter.

I appreciate that you are having problems with your payments but as I have said on many occasions why cant you just put the money back into my slotnite account or do you not know where the money is? I would very much like to know where my money is.
