It is a shame I have to write this complaint but I have been waiting since 10th October for my Nok 9000 winnings.
I go into live chat almost every day now to hear if there is any progress but there is never any news and I get the same answer which is that they are still investigating.
I have even asked them to just set the money back into my casino account but they won't do that either.
I have sent all documents they have asked including my bank statement to prove that I have not received my winnings.
My senior VIP manager is never there when I go into chat.
I hope that this can get sorted quickly as a month is a long time and is not what they advertise for withdrawal time.
