I'd like to ask you for help in resolving the dispute with Slot Hunter Casino. The casino refuses to pay me the jackpot I won to my Skrill payment wallet, despite the fact that Skrill is listed as one of the available withdrawal methods.
Additionally, most of my deposits have been made through Skrill, and the amount credited through this method is almost 5 times higher than the amount credited using a payment card. And, the casino has successfully credited the last winnings I received to my Skrill wallet.
Also, withdrawing funds using Skrill is convenient for me, since I use it exclusively for online casino games, so I do not need to transfer funds from my payment card to Skrill. It also eliminates the need to explain the source of funds to other online casinos.
In particular, I would like to take note of paragraph 6 of the section "Withdrawal and refund policy" of the terms and conditions, which states that if the deposit was made, in particular, using a payment card and the withdrawal amount exceeded the deposit amount, the deposit amount will be refunded to the payment card and any excess will be paid in an alternative way.
I used a Revolut card to top up my account with 7000 euros and a Skrill wallet to top up my account with 33,490 euros. Thus, casino are required to transfer 7000 euros to my Revolut card and 33,490 euros to my Skrill wallet. All remaining funds in the amount of 99,543.6 euros should be transferred using the payment method I have chosen. As mentioned earlier, I chose the Skrill payment system for crediting.
Considering the above, I insist on transferring 7000.00 euros to my Revolut payment card and 133,033.6 euros to my Skrill wallet.
I tried to contact the casino several times to resolve this issue, but they refused to process the payment, which violates my player rights.
Could you please assist me in resolving this dispute with the casino?

Please note that if you made a deposit using a specific card, you are required to withdraw winnings back to the same card / payment system. This policy helps us ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and maintain secure transactions. By processing withdrawals back to the original deposit method, we keep being compliant.
Thus, we may advise withdrawing to a Revolut card, in case of failure, the JP win may be processed to another bank account of yours.

Please note that deposits were made not only from a payment card, but also from a Skrill payment wallet. The methods I have chosen to replenish my accounts comply with your Terms and Conditions. Also, the amount of deposits via the Skrill payment wallet is almost 5 times higher than the only deposit via the Revolut payment card.
Crediting funds to the Skrill wallet fully complies with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Rules and maintains the security of transactions, since funds are credited to the same payment wallet from which most of the deposits were made. Also, this method of depositing and withdrawing funds has been successfully verified by you.
If your rules stated that withdrawals are made only to a payment card, I would undoubtedly make all deposits only through Skrill.
I still stand by my position and hope that you will finally allow me to enjoy receiving the winnings that I have been expecting for almost 2 weeks

We can agree to the partial withdrawal that you, in fact, have proposed, sticking to our terms. We shall conclude that initial withdrawals up to €7,000 or even more can only be processed to the card or IBAN account specified in your verified documentation. As for the remaining payable funds, it all depends on your decision.
