Hi, I played secrets of atlantis game on ruby fortune casino on 28.3.2020. I played the game using my welcome bonus, and after playing the required amount, I chose to withdraw my winnings.
For two weeks they delayed the process by requesting different documents and then taking about a week to look at each document. After all that, they one sidedly informed me that my account is locked, and that they wont pay my winnings. They didnt give me any reason as to why my account was locked, and they really dont have any valid ones, as I played the welcome bonus according to their rules.
Their chat agents have been dodging all my questions, and they dont want to help in any way.
