They disabled my account and does not want to pay me

hello

I was gambling at rooster bet and ended up winning 3000$, i went to verify my account as soon as i entered my information it said account disabled. I wrote 5 emails and nobody has replied to me. I figured that they would be busy during the holidays so between my 4th and 5th email there was a 2 week gap and still no reply!

Ask gamblers can you sort this out please?
