Account Disabled and Delayed Withdrawal

I have been trying to withdrawal my balance of 880 Euro since March 5th and in the end my account was disabled for no reason. I deposited 200 initially and I turned them into 880 with a few sports bets and Live Roulette. I am not going to ask for my account to be reopened but I want at least my withdrawal to be processed and I hope AskGamblers team can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.

I understand now that I have broken some rules of the casino. I wasn't aware of those rules which is not an excuse, I just want to make it clear I wasn't trying to gain something that wasn't already mine. The one thing that attracted me to your website was the Free bet for sports, which I used and happened to win around 200 EUR. Every bet after that was placed because the casino Terms and Conditions ask for the deposit to be wagered 3 times before withdrawal (I am not here to critic your rules but it seems slightly unfair when most places demand only 1 time wager on the deposit). Anyway, I accept your decision because being unaware of some rules doesn't mean the rules are not valid. It would be nice if you are willing to at least return my original deposit. Thank you.

Hallo Askgamblers,
Eigentlich kann ich nicht viel schlechtes über das Casino sagen außer das ich seit nun mehr 7 Tagen eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 1850 € offen habe. Leider kann mir der Support da auch nicht weiterhelfen, habe sie mehrmals angeschrieben aber immer wieder die selbe Antwort ich solle doch ein wenig Geduld haben. Die habe ich ja nun lange genug gehabt. Meine Konto ist verifiziert und ich habe auch eine Auszahlung die ich nach der besagten Auszahlung beantragt habe erhalten, also denke ich das es wohl Probleme mit deren Bank gibt.
Die Auszahlung um die es geht handelt vom 15.08.2024, Betrag 1850 € .
Ich hoffe sehr ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen, es macht einen fertig wenn man nicht weis was ist.

Rooster Bet - Das Casino zahlt nicht aus

Hallo askgamblers ich habe ein Problem bei der Auszahlung bei rooster Bets.
Sie bewerben ihr Casino mit schnellen Auszahlungen, laut AGB 0-24 Stunden ich habe nur die doppelte Zeit gewartet aber es tut sich nichts…
Das Casino antwortet immer mit den selben lächerlichen Antworten (die Finanzabteilung würde sich bemühen). Aber wir alle wissen, dass das gelogen ist, weil es dauert keine 20 Sekunden um eine Auszahlung zu bearbeiten (zumindest auf den anderen Seiten auf denen ich spiele)
Ich bin ein high Roller also ein regelmäßiger Spieler ich habe etwa 800euro eingezahlt und 2400 sind in der Auszahlung

Ich habe schon öfters bei Roosterbet gespielt, nun kommt es zu auszahlung und es gibt Probleme. Verifiziert habe Ich mich eigentlich schon vor Wochen.

Am 18.01 Habe ich das erste mal eine auszahlung beantragt worauf hin nach paar Stunden die auszahlung abgelehnt wurde Ich sollte doch bitte ein selfie mit ID karte hochladen, das habe Ich kurze zeit später getan, wieder abgelehnt Ich soll bitte das original foto hochladen.

Gesagt getan und nun geht nix mehr seit 19.01 16:31 Uhr, laut ihren eigenen AGB 0-24 Stunden.

Der Livechat Antwort erst garnicht oder bittet um Geduld wegen 21€.. nicht empfehlenswert dieses casino.

Auszahlung immer noch nicht da

Ich habe noch nie so schlechte Erfahrungen machen müssen wie mit Rooster.bet. Anfangs lief alles gut. Schöne Seite .. Schnelle Verifizierung usw.

Dann jedoch beantragte ich meine erste Auszahlung mit Nodapay. Diese ist nun seit Montag genehmigt aber nicht auf meinem Konto. Ich war bis hier hin Geduldig. Aber als ich meine Bank kontaktierte wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass wenn die Überweisung korrekt gemacht worden wäre, das Geld schon längst hätte da sein müssen. Daraufhin kriege ich nur Vertröstungen sonst nichts. Zusätzliche sind 2 Auszahlungen mit Nodapay zwar abgebucht vom Konto aber nicht auf dem Spielerkonto angekommen.

Ich kann bis auf das Auszahlungsverfahren nichts negatives über dieses Casino sagen, aber hier klemmts extrem. es liegen 920 euro in der luft, was für mich sehr viel geld ist. das wird nicht verstanden

They disabled my account and does not want to pay me

I was gambling at rooster bet and ended up winning 3000$, i went to verify my account as soon as i entered my information it said account disabled. I wrote 5 emails and nobody has replied to me. I figured that they would be busy during the holidays so between my 4th and 5th email there was a 2 week gap and still no reply!

Ask gamblers can you sort this out please?

Casino not paying me my winnings

I won at rooster.bet 2000$ playing slots, I then proceeded to withdraw my funds and my account was disabled.

I have written them four emails, all four emails were not answered I don't know what else i can do since they are ignoring me ?

Delayed withdrawal request of 550 EUR

Two days ago, I made a withdrawal of €550 in winnings at the casino. Nothing has happened regarding this matter yet. The chat support can only tell me that withdrawals are processed in order. Is there any chance I will receive my money sometime this year?
I cant recommend this casino to anyone if they cant pay winnings.

Delayed payment since 9th of September

Roosterbet casino has closed my account for a month now with my funds stuck inside which is 5298 cad.

Contacted them asking to resolve the issue and proceeded to get my account verified.

They agreed to pay me my winnings on september 9th after verifying my identity, Isent them the bitcoin address to where they can send me my funds and the casino has still yet to pay me.

Rooster Bet is delaying long

Hello I have a problem with a casino like Rooster bet I made a deposit of 50 euros to the casino the money was transferred beautifully to the game account.

After that I chose the appropriate game to play I then clicked on the game and then it said that I cannot play until the personal data has been confirmed I sent my personal data to live customer service and the personal data was confirmed an email also came from rooster bet support that the personal data of your game account has been successfully confirmed.

Okay the next problem then as a new customer for the first time I thought of playing I clicked on the game and immediately closed the game and directed me to the personal data then I tried some other game to see if it works but the same problem started again that it immediately kicked me out of the game and automatically kicked me out of the personal data confirmation I thought I would not waste time anymore I would withdraw my 50 euros and then the live support said that I must have played at least 3 times to withdraw the money but what do I do next if no game starts working I have written to support on Gmail but they do not answer me about this problem and there is silence
