Hi I'm writing here in hope to achieve anything. I have paid into the Casino (21€) und gambled the whole evening, even taking the Bonus and shuffle it trough all the way.

So I wanted to take out some of my money and the TOS state that the process takes up to 3 working days. I didn't hear from them in the last week now even writing a Support Ticket which didn't reply either.

I hope to find some help here and will attach a Screenshot of the pending payment of the 30th of January. If you need any more, just let me know.

First time doing something like this.

Hi thank you for your answer. I do not see any difference in the verification tab. Might be verified, might not be. I´m not sure yet. Been trying to Payout via LTC, which was the currency with which i paid in. Two days now, hope to hear from you.

Hi thanks for answering.

I am trying to payout via LTC which is the the currency I have done the deposit. Your Casino is cancelling all my LTC Payouts and I dont get any notification about that what so ever in my Email or Accountpage. Im trying now for 2 weeks to payout anything and your "Live Chat support" does not help either. They are always up to the 3 business days, which have long passed. Do something please.

Hi, still didnt get paid out 1 single Euro. All in all i have 1600 Euro in my account. 1000 are accepted but not processed and the Rest is not accepted yet. Looking forward to the next week. Hope to See some money!
