Been waiting for a month for my withdrawl. They just froze (what live support said) my account after I try to withdrawl and give me no respond no matter what I do. The only thing i know is that it's a security review(also told by live support) but they don't answer my email and now they have also removed live support, so there is nothing I can do. I do thing they just closed my account and choose to not answer my emails because I remember that you can't frozen your own account for 30+ days but only 7 days.

and there are only 7 players on the monthly leaderboard when It usually have 50-100+ player competing needless to say what there are doing....

I don't think they care any more they are just gonna close players account when they win and try to withdrwal... I'm a lv.4 VIP in this casino and I have wagered over 300.000 euros and they are doing this to me so I don't think anyone is get money this anymore if they just choose to colse this casino and run with the money then ranking dosen't matter for them....

I made my first deposit and received a match bonus, successfully completing the wagering requirements. On February 9, 2025, I requested a withdrawal of €498 via Bitcoin—the same method used for my deposit. Following this, I uploaded the required verification documents, including my ID, proof of address, and a selfie.

I have been in communication with the casino via live chat and email. However, since February 9, 2025, they have stopped responding to my emails. On February 19, 2025, a live chat representative advised me to cancel my withdrawal and request it again, claiming it would speed up the process since my account appeared to be verified. Despite this, my withdrawal remains unprocessed, and live chat support has failed to provide any clear time frame for its completion.
