At first was really enjoying the site. Good games and got a big win early on however I Made a withdrawal on march 20th. Was asked for KYC weeks after which I sent the same day. I have sent 20+ emails with no reply. I have been in live chat countless time’s where they promise money will be received in 24hours. Pavel in LC was also very rude, making me out to be an idiot saying ‘I will be in live chat for the rest of the year and there is nothing I can do’. I thought I would receive winnings quickly as promised on the site so spend money thinking I would receive my withdrawal quickly. Now in a bad situation waiting for this withdrawal
