NetBet Casino - Not verifying documents sent by email and holding my money
Hello,
I deposited £40 with NetBet between 12-17th June 2019 (a £30 and £10 deposit.) I won £10 and so tried to withdraw my full £50.
I received an email from NetBet stating that they want:
"the front/back copies of an official document to prove your identity
the front/back copies of the credit card, [***********] you used to deposit on our site
a copy of a utility bill in your name (phone/electricity bill) issued in the last six months."
I sent them an email, to "support@netbet,com" with a copy of my passport for ID, car insurance (recent) policy for address, and debit card for payment.
They have still not replied to three of my emails. Sent on 19 Jun, 28 Jun, and 02 July.
I have tried talking to an agent online and they have said that no emails have been received from me. When I try to upload my documents on their online website, the uploader does not work.
I have tried to complain on their live chat system and was told this by their agent. (Felix.)
"I am naming facts here, and this is a fact. Your money are not going anywhere, and will be pending in your account until we get your documents, therefore, I strongly advise you to send them again, or upload them from your account."
I have followed all the rules and because I won a tiny amount of money, NetBet are trying to keep me from getting my money back.
