NetBet Casino - Delaying payment on verified account
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: NetBet Live Casino
The issue that I have experienced was my account has been in good standing for close to one year. I updated my bank card on the 23 May 2019 and then won £18 on the same day which I tried to withdraw. I received multiple requests for more paperwork every 2 days to stall my withdrawal, even though my account was already verified, I sent all of my paperwork again. I was then told they have to have selfies with documents. I object to selfies as this is demeaning and not specifically stated in Netbet terms and conditions. All the documents they requested in their terms and conditions have been sent and they still refuse to allow me to withdraw my money. They also refuse to escalate the matter or to provide me with the correct email for the Data Controller. I want my money released please.
