MrVegas Casino - Bonus Issue & Delayed Resolution

I have received an email with a deposit offer of 100% + 300 free spins wager free. I have made a deposit, lose the money then I have played the 300fs wager free and get some winning but the wager free winning has been added to bonus balance that must be wagered 35 times before request withdrawal ?! This means they sent me fake offers to just encourages me to make a deposit then scam me or put me in a trap " sort of scam " or there's a system mistake. I have talked with live support that has told me it's a mistake and it will be resolved soon and that I not need to wager the winning amount, the problem that I'm waiting that it will be resolved since 72h and every time i ask live support they told me to wait ...I don't understand why a small mistake like this for a small amount 33 EUR can't be resolved and take all this time and i feel that they are not serious knowing that my documents and account are fully verified.
