I made two deposits and they were credited very quickly. And I can't withdraw funds. the withdrawal button is simply not active.
I wrote to support and they advised me to clear the cache and cookies of my browser. I cleaned the cache and cookies. I changed the browser, and I changed the device from which I logged into my account, but it still does not help. I wrote to support and asked them to issue a withdrawal request for me, but they answered the, cannot do it.
Please help me to return my funds.
I am attaching a screenshot that clearly shows that they do not allow you to withdraw money 3803,1 Kč. No "WITHDRAW" option. Also the account says that no verification is required from me at this time, so I am not able to verify anyhow.

However, as we can see in the system, you tried to withdraw funds several times, but your requests were canceled not by us, but by the provider, so you were able to find the "Withdraw" button. In such a situation, the solution is to verify all the information you enter during the withdrawal process, as it is the payment provider that cancels requests. It makes no sense for us to harm our players as we strive to be the best.
