I was already verified and they asked me to do it again even though their terms and conditions say you only have to do it once. I had made a $2000 withdrawal and then was asked to re-verify. I submitted the docs and all were accepted but the banking information doc. It asks you to send a screenshot of your bank showing your last deposit, which I did. It was rejected. I sent another and another and another.

Each time a new screenshot with the same transaction via gigadat showing the last deposit I made to their site. Each time I had to wait 48 hours for them to review. The first time they said my name wasn't on it (it was, on the right hand side of screenshot) then they said it didn't show the right transaction, (it did, but the date is different than their site lists because my bank is in Canada and their site is in New Zealand) then they said the transaction wasn't showing (it was, but they didn't look to the bottom of doc to see it) then they finally emailed to say they needed a PDF of the bank information (which I immediately sent via chat, email and verification) and now I have to wait another 48 hours which will roll into a weekend so I will actually wait four or five days for them to verify because they can't actually get a real person in verification to do it right away when there is an issue. it will be over two weeks by the time they verify (if they don't find another excuse) and another minimum two days after that for the transfer of my money.

I have all docs and chats and emails to back this up. I play on a few sites and this is the only one that has harassed me like this for verification. Anytime I have sent the exact list of docs they ask for for any other site I was verified right away or if there was a small issue I could deal with someone in support and get it corrected right away. This is ridiculous and just looks to me like a withhold of money to earn interest or something. Like they hope you will give up and not withdraw.

I will not play here again after this experience.

Pokerstars took one day to verify and their withdrawals are the same day, for example. I don't understand casinos that don't have a live verification process to ensure that when they have an issue the customer can resolve for them quickly so there are no delays with withdrawals. It just comes off scammy to me.

The crazy thing is I verified with them once before and it did take a bit of time but I submitted the exact same docs I submitted this time and no go over four times. I literally had already verified with them and they asked me to do it again when I made a larger withdrawal.

Please note the date of my deposit is the 21st of February as I am in Canada. Your site shows it as the 22nd because you are 20 hours ahead in New Zealand so the date there at the same time was a day ahead, I.e. the 22nd of February.

Well, my latest upload of pdf format that Mr. Bet requested has been rejected. I need a resolution on this. Is anyone at Mr. Bet actually looking at the documents and if so are they reading any of the messages I have sent. Why are they being rejected? It’s been five times now. Attached are pdf and bank screenshot and screenshot showing Mr. Bet history showing my deposit. And my withdrawals.

So I have received no explanation on this rejection on why these docs are no good so I sent the chat showing their agent saying the doc has on it what it should. I sent screenshots of what I sent today. I have uploaded each screen of verification process and the chat showing my doc has the right info.

I received an email saying I was verified this morning Wednesday March 8. No explanation. I also received three gigadat withdrawal requests. I received the transfers about two and a half hours after the verification email. I am updating as resolved as far as my withdrawals are concerned.

That being said all this means to me is that my very first upload was sufficient as nothing changed and they delayed with no good reason. I don’t think they would have stopped making me verify if I hadn’t come here and filed a complaint so thank you so much to Ask Gamblers.

I will not play at Mr. bet again. I am deleting my account, removing the app. I do not trust them. I believe the only reason they paid out was because I complained here. I see a lot of people complaining of the same issue over the last few months and some other Canadians.

They have not improved their process, made live real time customer service available for verification issues and haven’t responded here to my complaint. They repeatedly lied about what I submitted and never explained why each upload was rejected. Ultimately they verified me on the same document I submitted the first time. Untrustworthy. The delay in withdrawals with an abusive verification process that had already been done is not the practice of a reputable casino.
