I've started my verification process on the 30/11 (12 days ago )

First my identity photo keeps getting rejected on the grounds of them being a screenshot (which it was not). I keep getting promise that the department are looking at it and I will receive a answer soon.

When I ask customer support they send the same standard answer.

I have winnings in my account that I would like to withdraw and I feel like they are stalling.

I hope you can help me.

I've waited 12 days for apparently my first verification, in that time my photo of my ID got rejected multiple times. When i tried to learn why i received a standard reply.

finally last week i got my verification and made a successfull withdrawl. Then this monday i tried to withdraw again around 9000DKK (1300euro) And then ive received a messeage where i needed to go thru verification again, then i submitted the photos again and now they have been rejected twice.

Right now i dont have a lot of confidents in the Casino and could really use some help trying to get my full verification so i can make a withdrawl. This seems like the casino is stalling
