I've started my verification process on the 30/11 (12 days ago )
First my identity photo keeps getting rejected on the grounds of them being a screenshot (which it was not). I keep getting promise that the department are looking at it and I will receive a answer soon.
When I ask customer support they send the same standard answer.
I have winnings in my account that I would like to withdraw and I feel like they are stalling.
I hope you can help me.
