I was already previously verified on mr.bet. I then made a new deposit using a new deposit method (mifinity) , so the casino asked me to submit screenshots of my mifinity account showing the deposit amount and date. I then submitted about 5 screenshots directly from my mifinty account showing exactly what they asked for including my profile details.
Now the casino is claiming that the screeshots are cropped or edited , when they are clearly not. i dont know what to do anymore because the screenshots are perfectly fine and valid.
