Unfortunately, I have to file a complaint about Mr. Bet Casino, which I actually had a good experience with until a few weeks ago.
I was already verified and withdrawals have always worked well, but since my last request on 09/27/22 about a withdrawal of 320 euros, a second verification has been required, which in itself is completely ok. so I uploaded the required documents for the second verification as requested.
From there the fiasco began.
First, my residence permit was rejected several times, when I asked support why it was rejected, I was told that I had to photograph both sides, front, and back. but that was impossible as my residence permit is a sticker and it was glued into my passport so I couldn't have done a back view of it. (see screenshots) After several attempts to explain this to support, the documents were finally accepted at the end of September and my second verification process was finally successfully completed. That's great finally I can pay out my money I thought to myself but then it got completely crazy:
A short time later, just a day or two after this second successful verification, the verification was suddenly withdrawn and the same documents were again requested that I had already uploaded several times and which also meet all requirements such as readability, validity, file format, and so on.
Of course, I asked the support again what was going on again, but since October 5th the support has only told me that they have forwarded my request to their responsible department and will contact me if they know anything else. (see screenshots)
Meanwhile, now my casino account is blocked, I can neither play slots nor place bets and my verification page is now blocked and I can no longer upload anything there. (see screenshots).
So I've been waiting for the confirmation of my third verification attempt from Mr. Bet for weeks now, but instead, I haven't received any reaction from Mr. Bet for 10 days, which really disappoints me because I always had a positive image of this casino.
Please help me AskGamblers I'm frustrated
and I've done everything I can think of but I've run out of options and Mr.Bet casino is no longer replying or assisting in my case..
