Mr.Bet Casino - Verification documents first accepted then later rejected but now no reactions from Mr.Bet for weeks

Unfortunately, I have to file a complaint about Mr. Bet Casino, which I actually had a good experience with until a few weeks ago.

I was already verified and withdrawals have always worked well, but since my last request on 09/27/22 about a withdrawal of 320 euros, a second verification has been required, which in itself is completely ok. so I uploaded the required documents for the second verification as requested.

From there the fiasco began.

First, my residence permit was rejected several times, when I asked support why it was rejected, I was told that I had to photograph both sides, front, and back. but that was impossible as my residence permit is a sticker and it was glued into my passport so I couldn't have done a back view of it. (see screenshots) After several attempts to explain this to support, the documents were finally accepted at the end of September and my second verification process was finally successfully completed. (see screenshots)

That's great finally I can pay out my money I thought to myself but then it got completely crazy:

A short time later, just a day or two after this second successful verification, the verification was suddenly withdrawn and the same documents were again requested that I had already uploaded several times and which also meet all requirements such as readability, validity, file format, and so on.

Of course, I asked the support again what was going on again, but since October 5th the support has only told me that they have forwarded my request to their responsible department and will contact me if they know anything else. (see screenshots)

Meanwhile, now my casino account is blocked, I can neither play slots nor place bets and my verification page is now blocked and I can no longer upload anything there. (see screenshots).

So I've been waiting for the confirmation of my third verification attempt from Mr. Bet for weeks now, but instead, I haven't received any reaction from Mr. Bet for 10 days, which really disappoints me because I always had a positive image of this casino.

Please help me AskGamblers I'm frustrated

and I've done everything I can think of but I've run out of options and Mr.Bet casino is no longer replying or assisting in my case..

Hello,

I confirm that my account is finally verified now.

Nonetheless I ask you not to close my complain please as my other concern is still present; my account is still marked as suspended and is blocked.

Although I am verified now I still cannot do anything in the Casino.

I'm still getting an error message as seen in the attached screenshot when I try to play any slot game or when I try to visit the sport bets area.

I guess Mr.bet forgot to unlock/reactivate my account or so?!

Sempre joguei no mr bet e nunca tive problema nenhum até está semana. Dia 15/05 solicite um saque de R$ 400, sempre demorou no máximo 24 horas para sacar, no entanto desta vez se passaram 48 horas e não consegui sacar. Entrei em contato com o chat e passe a situação, enquanto estava dentro das 48 horas , disseram que o prazo era de 48 horas para o saque. Depois que passou as 48 horas , disseram que após o status estiver em andamento, mais é dias úteis para ser realizado o pagamento.

Porém um detalhe que me chamou muita a minha atenção, foi que hoje dia 18/05/2024 após falar com o chat sobre o status estar como pendente e não ser possível jogar na casa pela solicitação de saque estar pendente para não alterar o valor solicitado ( 400 ) eles alteraram o status do saque para em andamento na hora, para que eu pudesse realizar mais depósitos para poder , já que estava o valor do saque como pendente, me impossibitava de estar jogando.

Por mágica ele passou para em andamento e possibilitava eu depositar e jogar. Ali percebi que tinha coisa errada. Infelizmente a experiência negativa me faz abrir esta reclamação. Também li em outros sites de reclamações pessoas esperando mais de semanas para receber seus ganhos no mr bet. Onde só mostra que toda política do mr bet não se justifica. Esse prêmio não receberei mais , tenho plena certeza! Detalhe saque foi solicitado por pix. Depósito por pix entram em segundos, já saques demoram 3 dias úteis. Caso resolvam o problema venho aqui e me retrato deste episódio.
