The verification process started on February 24th. Afterwards I was requested to submit a bank statement, which I have on March 5th in for of PDF directly from my bank. Then almost 10 days later I get an email saying they "cant" open the pdf document of the bank statement. Which is untrue because the document is perfectly fine and openable. Now they are purposely delaying the process after almost a month now. I now resubmitted it and still havent heard from them.

Unfortunately, the first document uploaded by the user could not be opened due to technical reasons. The second document was successfully uploaded and verified. Yesterday, the user passed verification and his withdrawal request was processed and is in the status of success.
