I won something again on Mr.Bet in the casino on 30.11.23 after not playing with the provider for a while. After I wanted to make a withdrawal of €3,900, a new verification came up.

My account had already been verified once and I had been playing and withdrawing successfully for several years. I thought that was strange, but after a short consideration I came to the reason, namely because I moved 1 1/2 years ago.

After I uploaded new documents for verification, with the new address, nothing was accepted and one thing is still pending. Because it has already taken 6 days, I contacted support by email and wrote an email asking them to add my new contact details and address to my account so that I can start the verification process again. No response from Mr.Bet since then.

In the live chat as support I was only ever put off that it could still take some time but that I shouldn't worry. I just want to re-verify my account and withdraw my money.

I have been playing at this casino for years and everything has always been okay.

Yesterday I received an email that the verification failed because of the proof of residence. I uploaded the document again. Now the applicant data and the proof of residence are being checked again. I am curious whether it will work this time and the payment will be approved.

Now it's getting worse and worse. My verification on Mr.Bet was completed and successful. I also received a confirmation email from Mr.Bet. Now I check in this morning to see if Mr.Bet has responded and now I see that my proof of residence has not been accepted. As I said, I have moved (see first message here in the chat on December 6th) and have uploaded a bank statement with my new address. I don't understand the world anymore. I contacted support directly and made another change to my account details (address) and they confirmed this and told me that it would be changed in my personal settings, but that it could take up to 28 days. I then uploaded my same proof of residence document for verification and my account is now verified again. They delay everything so you don't have to pay. Slowly but surely I'm getting really angry. What kind of service is this? I want my money!!! I have already changed my new address twice via the chat support. If my money is not transferred within 1 day, I will never play at Mr. Bet again. I'm going through all the processes for more than 15 days. This is not a service. Mr. Bet answers are always the same and only after a few days where nothing happens comes such a short not meaningful answer. I want a clear statement now!!!
