I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the recurring issue with my withdrawals at Mr Bet casino. On numerous occasions, I have attempted to make withdrawals, only for them to be canceled due to problems which, as I have been informed, are related to the provider. I find this situation unacceptable as I have not been given a clear explanation or a valid justification for these rejections.

Furthermore, I have noticed that the maximum processing time for the withdrawal expires and my request is automatically rejected without any apparent reason. This not only creates great uncertainty but also affects my confidence in the services of Mr Bet casino.

I urgently request that this situation be resolved as soon as possible. I ask that my withdrawal of $500,000 be processed and deposited immediately. It is crucial for me to have access to these funds and to avoid similar issues in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response and an effective solution to this problem.

We would like to inform you that your previous transaction was canceled at your request due to technical difficulties. Please be aware that the assignment of the final status may take longer due to temporary issues.

To address this, we have created a new withdrawal request for the amount of 500,000 CLP, which is currently in "process" status as of 2024-05-25. Please note that the processing status can take up to 5 business days.

The last time this request was canceled, I did not ask for it to be canceled. You canceled it when the deadline expired. The only time I authorized a cancellation was for a $100,000 withdrawal that had been pending for more than two weeks, and you told me it was the best option for the deposit. However, for the $500,000 withdrawal, I never requested any cancellation.

Additionally, every time I contact you, you tell me it will be ready in three days, and now you are saying five business days. Don't you think this is too long a wait? I am not responsible for your technical problems, but you are not fulfilling what you promised.

I hope the money will be deposited into my account as soon as possible.
