I've been waiting for more than 2 days for my withdrawal to be processed and so far it's still pending.

My withdrawal amount is 2,704.00 BRL ID: 38730931 Date: 09/Oct/2022.

I contacted the site's support several times and they always used ready answers such as:

  • There is a delay in the processing of withdrawals because it is done manually by the responsible team.
  • The number of withdrawal requests grew, hence the delay.

With these answers ready, the support asks me to wait a little longer, however, even though I ask them to contact the responsible sector, to try to solve this problem, this never happens.

I read on the website that withdrawals can remain pending for up to 24 hours, but I am waiting for more than 52 hours and my request is still pending.

I hope to solve this issue because I have always used this site, I have never had problems with withdrawals and I am already completely verified on it.
