On Thursday 07/12/2023 I attempted to make a Withdraw, I was told this would take up to 24 hours to be processed.

Exactly 24 hours later I was informed I must complete a verification process. The verification process had no way to complete it before the verification request was made, even though it was known to be required so this 24-hour delay could have been avoided.

On Friday 08/12/2023 The first attempt to complete the verification failed as I had hidden the 3-digit security code on my credit card. This was a System Check.

Again on Friday 08/12/2023 I uploaded verification documents and this time they passed the system check and was advised they were handed over to the verification department to check and this would take 24-48 hours

12/12/2023 Still no word from the verification team and the website is still showing my verification is still awaiting review.


I am concerned as there are a lot of reviews advising that MR Bet stalls verification with the intent to make you think it is a scam and result in you just blowing your winnings. I have also read a lot of people have had to wait up to 4 months for the verification to be successful.

I have a large withdrawal of $18,000NZD this winning is a blessing from God and has come at the right time due to unforeseen hardship I truly hope this issue gets resolved.

I have played on many different online Casinos, Mr Bet failed my verification just as everyone said they would and gave no explanation as to why.
The documents I provided were exactly what was required.
Payment method took a photo using my cell phone camera of both sides of my credit card showing all four corners of the card and being nice and clear to read.
The address verification i sent a pdf invoice that clearly had my name and address which was from a unity provider OneNZ which is my internet provider.

The site showed i had to provide these two verification documents again.

This was enough proof for me to know Mr Bet was just a scam and i was never going to recieve my money so as they said i bet high and wasted the $18k as fast as i could then requested my account be closed.

I do not recommend anyone use Mr Bet, this was very upsetting, i was so grateful just to findout it all was a lie, i had even started to spend the money before i had it buying the kids Christmas presents which now is going to cause my financial hardship next month.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we could understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is being finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lost the validity of you claim against the operator which led to rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
