Delayed withdrawal and verification of the official Residence Certificate.

Description:

My withdrawal has been pending for 7 days.

I have provided an official Danish 'Residence Certificate' (Bopælsattest) as proof of address, but Mr Bet keeps delaying the process with standard excuses, asking for 48 hours more every time I contact them.

The reason is that on one of the documents, part of the signature is blurred and does not match the signature on your other document. Please review your documents and upload the one that meets the requirements on the verification page.

I would like to provide an update regarding my case against the Casino. I have been in contact with my bank (Danske Bank), and they are currently issuing an official PDF bank statement for the period of February 1st to the current date.

From the casino’s side, there have been no violations. The user submitted a document as proof of address, which we were unable to accept, and the reasons for the rejection were clearly communicated to the user. The PDF the user refers to cannot be accepted as proof of address.

Reason for rejection: Part of the signature is blurred and differs from other submitted documents. Additionally, we have not observed any further attempts to upload documents to the verification page since 16.02.2026.

Please review this case and, if possible, consider rejecting it. The user will still have the opportunity to provide valid documents on 25 February. Continuing the complaint without any fault on the casino’s part could unfairly affect the casino’s rating.
