Dear Askgamblers,
Please check my last reply. I have replied to mostbet's initial reply in which they asked
"To find out information about the lack of funds on the client's details, the client needs to contact the bank. If the bank cannot find the funds for this period, the client must provide:
- a screenshot of the bank's official response based on the results of the verification (confirmation from the bank that this transaction has not been credited to the account)
- a bank statement from the day the funds were withdrawn to today in PDF format."
I have emailed the following to mpayments@mostbet.com
1) My bank's official response based on the results of the verification (confirmation from the bank that this transaction has not been credited to the account)
2) a bank statement from the day the funds were withdrawn to today in PDF format.
There is no response from mostbet. Its been many days that my withdrawal has not reached my account. Mostbet is not cooperating and I am now thinking to involve local police and FIA (Federal investigation agency in Islamabad in Pakistan) . Please ask mostbet to cooperate and pay my withdrawal.
If mostbet does not cooperate , please lower their ratings.
