I made a withdraw of 57180pkr

After few hours it says sucssesfull but my funds have not reached my account. It's been more then 24 hours now I talked 5 time with support agent but nothing. They say the same thing. I have contacted my bank jazzcash they say we did not receive any payment. I'm a very old user of this app/website I have withdrawn many big amounts with no problem. This is the first time I face this issue pls help me solve my case either return the amount to my gaming account or send it to my bank account. Do either one idc but pls solve it

Today again I talked to support 2 times 1 said your request is being prosseced and the other one just sent a fake transection number which I confirmed with my bank and they said it's fake I don't even know what is going on they are lying to my face

I have emailed them my bank response in which they clearly said they did not recived any kind of payment from 964156 tid which most bet sent to me they still did not respond to me it's been 2 days now

I like to point this out on that same date I withdrew 1280 which was a small account it came in pretty quick but when I checked my big amount it was sucssesfull but has not reached my account I have every proof my account statement pdf my official bank response which I have sent through most bet support and emailed them but they are refusing and denying every proof I provide just saying from our end withdraw is done pls reply to me fast it has been 4 days now I'm waiting

Yesterday I contacted most bet support and told them about my issue today I recived an email from most bet asking me for my new bank details because in my previous bank details it was impossible to send funds so I sent them my new bank details.

I got mail from most bet they said thaty withdraw is done on 29/09/2025 5:16 but I have not recived my withdraw I'm attaching my account statement also I contacted support team of most bet again they said again to give them bank official response and pdf I'm waiting for my bank to respond I will send them again my issue is still no resloved
