Dear Ask Gambler Team,

I am facing a serious issue with my withdrawal from Mostbet. According to my account, the withdrawal has been successfully processed, but I have not received the funds in my bank account yet.

Amount: 17,000 PKR

Status: Payment Successfully Made (screenshot attached)


I also contacted Mostbet customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, they provided me with fake transaction numbers. I verified these with my bank, and the bank confirmed that no such transactions exist.

Today i recieved mail from mostbet yoir widraw done on 18.09.2025 but i still not recieve funds

Dear Mostbet Team,

I want to highlight a very serious contradiction in your responses regarding my withdrawal (Request ID: SR7156055).

On 19.09.2025, you asked me to provide new bank details because it was “impossible” to send funds to my previous details. I immediately replied with my new details (Easypaisa – Account No: 03165017785, Account Title: Saad Ayaz).

However, on 21.09.2025, you wrote to me claiming that the withdrawal was already “done” on 18.09.2025 to the bank details which I only submitted on 19.09.2025.


This is completely illogical and shows a clear contradiction. How can you process a withdrawal on 18th to details that were only given on 19th?

Until now, I have not received any funds in my account.

I request Mostbet to:

1. Provide proof/transaction reference of this so-called withdrawal.


2. Explain how a withdrawal was allegedly processed before the bank details were even provided.


3. Confirm when and how the funds will actually reach my account.



Your contradictory emails are unacceptable, and I expect a transparent resolution of this issue.

The letter sent to you on September 21 does not contain any information about the withdrawal of funds on September 18. This automated letter contains information that your request number SR7156055 dated 09/18/2025 has been resolved.

We have carefully checked the information. The withdrawal was successfully confirmed by the Betting Company on Sep 20, 2025. (TID/UTR 367548)

To find out information about the lack of funds on your details, you need to contact the bank. If the bank cannot find the funds for this period, you must provide a screenshot of the bank's official response based on the results of the verification and necessarily a bank statement from the day the funds were withdrawn to today in PDF format.
