My account has been frozen for several weeks. I completed the full verification process as requested, but even after waiting for a long time, my account remained frozen. Because of the delay, I wrote a review on Trustpilot, and only after that was my account finally unfrozen.
However, when I accessed my account, I noticed that my entire balance had been cleared and none of my winning tickets were credited. I have all screenshots showing my balance before the freeze, my winning tickets, and the verification completion.
I have contacted your support several times, but I have not received any reply. I also updated my review on Trustpilot, and the response I received was only that you would “get back to me,” but nothing has happened since then. It feels like this issue is not being taken seriously.
I kindly request that you:
1. Credit all my winning tickets, and
2. Restore my cleared balance
I have completed every verification step required, and I am ready to provide any screenshot or proof you need.

The customer placed five bets on the same market and outcome, “hiding” some of the bets (three bets) in accumulators where the second event had the lowest odds, thereby attempting to “hide” the event where there was an error in the line. The customer had also repeatedly violated the bookmaker's rules prior to this incident.
