Unable to withdraw my money because of not receiving a confirmation code (OTP) during withdrawal.

I am writing to report an unresolved withdrawal issue that has persisted since April 27th 2025 up to today.
I have been trying to withdraw my funds from my MostBet account (ID: 236388124) since April, totaling over $134. The problem began when I completed my profile and verified my email successfully. However, when it came to verifying my phone number, it failed because the confirmation codes were not being delivered.
At the time, I didn’t worry much because my email was already verified, and I also use cryptocurrency for deposits, so I felt secure.
But when I attempted to withdraw, I was told that a confirmation code (OTP) would be sent to my phone number—the same number that couldn’t even be linked to the website. I contacted their online customer support, but they informed me they only handle issues for users in India and redirected me to their global customer service via email
After submitting all required identification documents, I was assisted by their datachange@mostbet.com team to link my phone number. However, when I tried to withdraw again, no confirmation code arrived.
I asked them why they couldn’t send the code via email instead of forcing a non-functional SMS system, especially since their website clearly struggles to deliver codes to certain countries (yet they send their promotional emails daily without any issues)
I requested to change my verification method from SMS to email, but datachange@mostbet.com replied that their only role is to update account data and they cannot handle other issues. They advised me to contact support-en@mostbet.com , but they have not responded to my emails or provided any assistance. Meanwhile, the live chat support refuses to help, claiming they only support Indian players.
I urgently need your help to resolve this issue so I can access my funds—this is my rightful money.
