I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding a withdrawal request I made on October 17, 2024, for an amount of PKR 200,000. Although the in-game status shows that the payment was successfully processed, I have not received the funds in my bank account to date.

Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups over the past six months, my issue remains unresolved. I have already provided:

You can confirm from my bank on your own too that this payment hasn't been sent to me.

I am emailing you my bank statement; however, you can clearly see from the data provided above that the TID mentioned in the message is 846802, while the screenshot shows a different TID: 204138. This discrepancy clearly indicates that the sender is attempting to scam me.

Although my bank statement is password-protected, you may contact my bank branch directly to verify the above information. They can confirm that the data has been altered.
