My bet status is currently showing as "win," but unfortunately, the winnings have not been credited to my account. Over 23 days have passed since the game concluded, and I have yet to receive either my winnings or the original stake amount of 85,000 INR.
I’d like to clarify that my account was temporarily frozen earlier, and I complied with all verification requests from Mostbet. I successfully completed the Skype video verification call, during which I provided my PAN card, passport, and deposit proofs. After the verification, my account was unblocked, and I regained access to it. However, despite all this, the winnings from my bet have not been credited.
Every day, I have contacted Mostbet’s live chat support, and they keep assuring me that the issue will be resolved soon. However, nothing has changed, and they have failed to provide a concrete resolution. Moreover, when I reach out via email, they have been completely non-responsive. Despite emailing [email protected] and being directed to [email protected], I have not received any replies for 23 days, making it clear that there is negligence on their part in handling this matter.
Given these continuous delays, lack of communication, and the inconsistent responses from their support teams, I kindly request your assistance in mediating this issue. It is important that Mostbet promptly credits both my winnings and the original stake amount.
