My account is currently frozen even after completing the video verification process on October 7, 2025.
Please note that my account also contains a balance of ₹14,868, which I cannot access or withdraw because of the freeze.
All required documents and the video verification were already completed, when I mail to mostbet .they always ask to keep wait.but then don't a result
