I wanted to provide some additional information regarding my complaint about Mostbet.com.

My account is currently frozen even after completing the video verification process on October 7, 2025.

Please note that my account also contains a balance of ₹14,868, which I cannot access or withdraw because of the freeze.

All required documents and the video verification were already completed, when I mail to mostbet .they always ask to keep wait.but then don't a result

I kindly request you to include this information in my existing complaint and review it as soon as possible.

I understand your policy regarding betting limits.
However, I have already submitted my documents for remove betting limit. and my account has just been unfrozen.

I was not aware that the limit increase request can only be made after 3 months and I already send documents for regarding remove betting limit..

Is it possible that since I have already sent the documents, after reviewing and checking them, my betting limit can be removed?”

I previously submitted a complaint regarding my Mostbet account being frozen, for which I received your support.
After your assistance, my account was successfully unfrozen and became active again.

However, now I am facing a new issue — I made a withdrawal request of ₹14,500 on 21.10.2025 at 11:59 AM (UPI method), but even after more than 24 hours, the status still shows “ Processing.”

I have already created a support request on Mostbet (Reference No: SR00178605), but there has been no update or progress yet.

Please help me ensure that Mostbet processes my withdrawal successfully

Subject: Partial Withdrawal Issue – ₹3,500 Declined and Not Returned to Account (Mostbet)


Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am facing a serious issue with my Mostbet account again.

I made a withdrawal request of ₹14,000, out of which ₹11,000 was successfully credited to my bank account after 24 hours (and only after I had to file a complaint).
However, the remaining ₹3,500 from the same withdrawal request was declined by Mostbet, and this amount has not been credited back to my gaming account either

It has become very frustrating because for every small issue, I am forced to raise a new complaint just to get my own money back.

Please look into this matter and request Mostbet to either process my remaining ₹3,500 withdrawal or credit it back to my gaming account balance.

I sincerely request your help, as this situation has caused me a lot of trouble and inconvenience.

I sincerely thank both the AskGamblers Team for their valuable support and the Mostbet Team for their cooperation and timely resolution. Your efforts in helping players like me are truly appreciated.

However, I would like to make one request — as per the information I received, my betting limit can be removed only after 90 days. I assure you that I will provide all the necessary documents and information required for review at that time. I kindly request the Mostbet Team to review my account carefully after 90 days and remove the betting limit, so that I do not have to raise another complaint again.
