My most bet ID is 234982566

I am seriously not happy with Mostbet Casino. Since April 10th, I have been in serious suffering because Mostbet withheld my rightful winnings and temporarily froze my account.

They demanded documents for verification, which include my international passport, national identity card, a photo of me holding my ID card, a screenshot of my e-wallet from which I deposited, etc.

After submitting all these documents, they requested a Skype video, which I attended, and I was interviewed by their representative on a live Skype video interview. I answered all the questions, and I was told that I would receive a response via email. Since April 10th till today, I can't access my account, and my winnings of 2302USDT have not been updated in my gaming account balance.

I am calling on askgamblers to please come to my rescue, I have sent emails, I keep receiving the same generic response from them. I am so tired and I don't know what to do.

I am calling on a Mostbet representative to resolve this issue and update my balance so I can withdraw my rightful winnings. I did nothing wrong, and I am not supposed to suffer this much or wait this long before I have access to my money.
