On the 1st of July I've made my first deposit of 300euros to MostBet casino through Bank Transfer. Played a few rounds of Aviator and my balance went down to 281. Next day, I got an email from Mostbet saying my account is frozen and I need to send documents. I sent all the required documentation that got approved, but they say I need to do a Verification Call through Skype to conclude the process.
The problem is, they only want to make a video call in more than 1 month from now which is unbelievable. I barely played with my deposit, didn't request a withdrawal and not using any bonuses.
The fact they're freezing my own money for more than a month is unacceptable. When I told them this, they gave me the same reply with videocall dates and don't seem interested in solving this situation.
Please help me get my account verified, a licensed casino shouldn't block customers funds like this for no reason and take more than 1month to verify an account.
