I’m having repeated issues with withdrawals from Mostbet. On Friday, June 21st, my withdrawal of approx. 38,000 CZK was rejected without explanation, and several other withdrawals from the weekend (June 22–23) are still stuck in “processing” status.
One of my earlier withdrawals was already approved and successfully paid out, so my account is clearly verified and in good standing.
Support keeps telling me everything is fine, but I haven’t received any of the pending funds, and no official reason has been provided for the delays.
The live chat agent Tomáš was very polite and helpful – I really appreciate his attitude. However, the withdrawal system itself is unreliable and extremely slow.
I’m asking for a quick resolution and the release of my pending payouts.
