I've been having some issues with Mostbet casino. I created an account with Mostbet on April 18th 2025. On the 5th of May 2025, it was frozen, I contacted their support, I was asked to submit some documents for video verification which I provided, I was then scheduled for a video verification on Telegram on the 12th of May.

I did the video verification, I was told to wait for a confirmation email, I was also informed that the account verification can last up to 60 days.

It's been way more than 60 days and my account is still frozen.

All attempts made through email to contact Mostbet support was met by the same generic response "Account verification usually lasts up to 60days"even after informing them that it was well over 60 days, it's almost 90 days since the verification and the account is still frozen.

I have $201.80 locked inside.
