Complaint (chronological order):

1. I registered my account with Mostbet on last week of september 2025.

2. I currently have a balance of approximately 36,000–40,000 USD.

3. When I attempted to withdraw 1,000 USD using cryptocurrency, the process required an SMS verification code (OTP) sent to my registered phone number.

4. This SMS code never arrived, despite my phone number being correct and active. Because of this, I had to cancel the withdrawal attempt.

5. I also tried to verify my phone number within the account settings (general verification SMS), but those SMS codes never arrive either.

6. I contacted customer support multiple times via live chat. Their replies were always very short, telling me to wait for an agent “from my country”, but the chat was always closed without resolution.

7. I requested that verification be done by another method (email or Telegram), but they refused or ignored my requests.

8. Later, my account was frozen, and I cannot access it anymore.

9. I already sent several emails with all the requested documents and information, but I never received a reply.


What I request:

That Mostbet resolves the SMS verification issue so I can verify my account and withdraw my funds. If SMS cannot be delivered, I request that an alternative verification method (such as email) be offered. My balance is legitimate, and I only attempted a small test withdrawal of 1,000 USD in cryptocurrency, but the SMS verification system prevents me from accessing my funds at all.

I would like to clarify that I have already sent all the requested verification documents to the Mostbet Casino team via email. Before opening this complaint on AskGamblers, I had several exchanges with them directly by email, but unfortunately, those conversations were not successful, which is why I decided to seek your help here.

Mostbet initially asked me to provide an official ID document, proof of funds (including a screenshot), and to confirm my address through a Zoom call. I submitted all of that by email. Now, they are also requesting a passport. However, I currently do not have a passport — in Venezuela, very few people do — and obtaining one would cost around $350. I am willing to get it if it is absolutely necessary, but I find it surprising that my official national ID document is not sufficient.

Regarding the deposit method, I would like to clarify that my deposit was made in cryptocurrency, not by bank card. Therefore, I am including the wallet addresses, transaction hash, and screenshots as proof of payment.

I am using AskGamblers because I am truly lost in this situation. When I try to withdraw my funds, I face constant obstacles, even though depositing was quick and without any issue. I am now at the point of feeling quite desperate, and I sincerely hope you can help me resolve this matter.
