Complaint (chronological order):
1. I registered my account with Mostbet on last week of september 2025.
2. I currently have a balance of approximately 36,000–40,000 USD.
3. When I attempted to withdraw 1,000 USD using cryptocurrency, the process required an SMS verification code (OTP) sent to my registered phone number.
4. This SMS code never arrived, despite my phone number being correct and active. Because of this, I had to cancel the withdrawal attempt.
5. I also tried to verify my phone number within the account settings (general verification SMS), but those SMS codes never arrive either.
6. I contacted customer support multiple times via live chat. Their replies were always very short, telling me to wait for an agent “from my country”, but the chat was always closed without resolution.
7. I requested that verification be done by another method (email or Telegram), but they refused or ignored my requests.
8. Later, my account was frozen, and I cannot access it anymore.
9. I already sent several emails with all the requested documents and information, but I never received a reply.
What I request:
That Mostbet resolves the SMS verification issue so I can verify my account and withdraw my funds. If SMS cannot be delivered, I request that an alternative verification method (such as email) be offered. My balance is legitimate, and I only attempted a small test withdrawal of 1,000 USD in cryptocurrency, but the SMS verification system prevents me from accessing my funds at all.
