I have been a Mostbet user since 2022. On 31.07.2025, my account was unexpectedly frozen with a balance of ₴31,000.
I immediately complied with all verification requirements:
submitted my passport, driver’s license, and a selfie with the document;
provided my bank statement and payment receipts;
configured Telegram for the scheduled video identification.
A video call was scheduled for 06.08.2025 at 8:40 GMT+3, and I was fully prepared for it. However, the call never happened. Instead, I received only generic responses stating that the verification process could take up to 60 days, without any clear explanation or new appointment date.
I believe this delay is unfair and prevents me from accessing my rightful funds.
I kindly request:
To complete the video identification immediately.
To unfreeze my account and process my withdrawal.
I am willing to provide screenshots of all correspondence with support to prove my case and am ready to update this complaint if resolved.
